COVID-19 Update

5/19/2021

On Friday, Maryland Governor Hogan announced that effective May 15, all COVID-19 capacity and distancing restrictions would be lifted.  He also added that based on the change in policy by the CDC and after consulting with State experts, the State of Maryland is now lifting the state-wide mask mandate, and would only require continued mask use in connection with public transportation, health care settings, and schools.

He further advised that anyone not yet vaccinated is now strongly recommended to wear a mask in most situations; however fully vaccinated people should feel safe to resume any activities without wearing a mask indoors or outdoors.

Although there is no longer a legal mandate from the State of Maryland to wear masks at our Company locations, we still recommend that employees who are not yet fully vaccinated continue wearing masks at all Company locations and job sites.  Those who are fully vaccinated may continue wearing masks if they choose to do so, although it is not required.  We also ask employees who work at customer locations or job sites to follow any customer, state, and locality rules in place at those locations.

Finally, all employees must remember that they should follow applicable Company call-in procedures and not come to work when sick.
